Difference between Thinking and Anxiety

Basically thinking and anxiety is totally difference things. But similar in one points that in both of the case the person’s have to think something. Clearly saying, thinking is to think something with cool head in order to get a solution. And anxiety is to think like a mad and this causes no solution.

So it can be said that, try to think everything positively and with cool head. It will assist you to remove anxiety. Mind it, a man is what he/she think at whole day. Really is it possible for her/his to be different?

Famous philosopher Marcus Aurelias said “Our life is in our thinking”.
So think everything but don’t tension or anxious for it. If you think you will get result; if you don’t think but be depressed nothing will happen but losing everything.
